Nanfang Brothers VG10 Damascus steel knife set

The knife set consists of a chef's knife (34 cm), a slicing knife (33 cm), a bread knife (33 cm), a Santoku knife (30.7 cm), a utility knife (25 cm), a vegetable knife (20.5 cm), kitchen scissors, and a knife sharpener. The blades have a steel core and feature 33 layers of Damascus steel on each side. The hardness is 60 ± 2. The handles are made of ABS plastic and provide a comfortable grip. All utensils can be safely stored in the solid beech wood knife block measuring 13 x 24 x 25 cm.
