The black damask knife set includes a 20 cm chef's knife, a 20 cm bread knife, an 18 cm and a 17 cm santoku knife, a 9 cm paring knife, a poultry shears, and a knife block. The blades of the knife set have a hardness of HRC 60 ± 2 and consist of a VG10 steel core, surrounded by 67 layers of damask steel. The curved handle of the knife set provides precision and control. The integrated blade and shaft allow for easy cleaning.
