The bag is knitted smoothly from the bottom to the top in the right stitch. The four sides are knitted separately with decreases at the tops of the two narrower sides of the bag. The bottom of the bag is secured by picking up stitches from the holes, which are then sewn together with the open stitches of the bag using the mattress stitch. The sides are sewn together with the mattress stitch as well. The top of the bag is finished with an i-cord edge. Finally, the Caisa D-rings, the Callie bag closure, and the shoulder straps are attached.

Gauge:
13 x 21 = 10 x 10 cm with 2 strands on a 4 mm needle (gauge is very important)

Recommended needles:
2 pairs of 4 mm circular knitting needles (60 or 80 cm cable)
4 mm crochet hook
