Our electric herb grinder is equipped with a secure latch on both sides of the lid. If you open the cover while grinding, the machine will immediately stop functioning. If the machine cannot start normally, adjust the lid so that it is pressed down on both sides without any gap up to the end of the latch structures.

The entire body of the spice grinder is made of high-quality stainless steel and meets food safety requirements. The recommended usage time is no more than 3 minutes. Do not operate the machine continuously. After each 3 minutes of grinding, it should rest for 5-10 minutes. If you are not satisfied with the grinding effect, you can sift out the coarse particles with a mesh sieve and grind again for finer powder.

This super fine powder machine is suitable for grinding all types of dried materials, including grains, spices, and herbs such as rice, soybeans, coffee beans, corn, wheat, salt, pepper, and cumin. The material to be ground must be dry enough. Please ensure that the materials to be ground cover the long blade and do not exceed 2/3 of the container to allow space for the blade to rotate during grinding.

The grinder is not removable and therefore cannot be cleaned directly with water. You can remove the remaining powder in the jar with a cleaning brush and then wipe the inside of the jar with a dry cloth. To remove the blades, hold the middle screw firmly with a screwdriver and turn the wrench or sleeve counterclockwise to loosen the lock nut on the blade.
