Product details
The Kudamono is a Japanese paring knife with a lightweight body, making it ideal for intricate vegetable tasks. With this small, versatile knife, you can peel apples, remove impurities, and create beautiful garnishes. The MIYABI Koh knives, handcrafted by artisans in Seki, Japan, are the result of ancient Japanese tradition, German engineering, and the most advanced steels. The highly developed stainless FC61 fine carbide steel offers unparalleled corrosion and chipping resistance. This premium steel ensures that the hand-honed blades maintain their impressive sharpness. Thanks to an innovative ice-hardening process, the FRIODURx2® blades provide remarkable durability, sharpness, and cutting performance. The exquisite octagonal handle, adorned with a silver mosaic pin, feels as good as it looks. Experience ergonomic perfection with every cut—the Pakkawood handle supports both Western chopping and Asian rocking cuts. Each knife features a hand-honed blade with a true katana edge, paying homage to the samurai swords that were crafted in Seki centuries ago.
