The double-sided whetstone is made of corundum (aluminium oxide). The coarse 1000 grit is suitable for sharpening blunt or damaged blades, while the fine 3000 grit is ideal for sharpening and polishing. The whetstone comes in a non-slip bamboo base, which ensures stability during sharpening. The dimensions are (L x W) 210 x 90 mm.
