Can be used in ovens and on hobs, except induction and gas. Made of hand cast aluminium chill casting. Maximum filling is approximately 5 kg. Easy cleaning is ensured thanks to the high-quality non-stick coating. Includes a recipe booklet, but does not come with a lid.

The Miele Gourmet Roaster is ideal for roasting, braising, stewing, and gratinéing. It is made of hand cast aluminium chill casting and features a Teflon TM Platinum non-stick coating. Delivery includes a recipe booklet.

Suitable for:

  • Cookers and ovens with a width of 60 cm, models H5000 to H5699, excluding H5000 BM, in holding grids and FlexiClip individual pull-outs. For units with a larger width, use on the grate.
  • Glass ceramic hobs, but not for induction and gas.
