Microplane Fine Julienne grater

A perfect blade for fresh raw vegetable salads. The new blade variant was inspired by the classic French carrot salad, better known as Carottes Râpées, which has cult status in France. The secret of this more traditional dish lies in the fine Julienne strips, which look a little different from the traditional Julienne strips. The blade brings out the pleasure of the fine Julienne even more, not only for carrot salad à la française. The difference is already noticeable when grated with the fine Julienne blade. The grated strips of carrots, celery roots, zucchinis, apples, pears, potatoes, beetroot, radishes or cucumbers look a little wider, but finer and thinner than the classic Julienne strips and not as wide as the grating result with an extra coarse blade. The fine Julienne are ideal for salads, for refining soups or for steaming in the wok. The fruit strips can also be used to decorate desserts. The non-slip soft-touch handle sits comfortably in the hand. For cleaning, simply rinse the blade briefly under running water.
