Our Messermeister Custom 6.5" Nakiri is a traditional, Asian-inspired blade that has gained popularity due to its thin blade and easy-to-handle straight edge. We have added a twist to the traditional shape by incorporating a Spanish tip to enhance functionality at the tip. The Nakiri is an excellent choice for tackling mountains of vegetables. Our curved handle design provides you with maximum control and freedom of movement, while the straight edge ensures positive contact with the cutting board.
