Thanks to the X-Cross technology, the "Bavarian Edge" knife sharpener is suitable for all common blade types: saw knives, kitchen knives, boning knives, paring knives, carving knives, Japanese knives, and blades beveled on one or both sides. The extremely strong sharpening arms are made of ultra-hard tungsten carbide and are therefore harder than titanium and steel. Integrated diamond particles guarantee even sharper results.
