Product details

Matfer baking tin 29x11x10cm with stainless steel lid, composite mould.
For use in a controlled proofing chamber.
Regular oiling facilitates baking.
They can be used for baking sweet doughs (cakes, brioches) with prior greasing.
The composite material gives a very homogeneous dough flow and colour.
Stainless steel sliding lid.
Stainless steel materials do not stain or colour the dough.
Rigid, non-shrinking moulds.
Dishwasher safe.
Freezer (-20°C) and boil-proof (+250°C).
Cooking on baking tray recommended.
Unbreakable under normal conditions.
