Madeleine Baking Pan 12 Pieces – Non-Stick Coated and PFAS-Free. The Madeleine baking pan from Mastrad is the perfect tool for anyone looking to bring the aroma of French pastries into their own kitchen. Thanks to its high-quality non-stick coating (DURAMAX), the typical little cakes can be easily released – even without additional greasing. Made from sturdy metal with a thickness of 0.5–0.8 mm, the pan offers excellent heat distribution for even baking results. It is heat-resistant up to 230 °C, shape-stable, and durable – ideal for regular use. The DURAMAX coating is free from PFAS and PTFE, has been laboratory tested, and adheres twice as well as conventional non-stick systems. This means: more sustainability, less cleaning effort, and more joy in baking. With dimensions of 39.2 × 22.5 × 1.5 cm, the pan fits in any standard oven.
