With its extra-large baking surface, this rectangular cake pan from Mastrad is ideal for family portions, sheet cakes, or savory gratins. The sturdy steel sheet, with a wall thickness of 0.5 to 0.8 mm, ensures particularly high shape stability, even with frequent use. The high-quality DURAMAX coating is free from PFAS and PFOA, is double-layered, and adheres twice as well as conventional non-stick systems according to lab tests. This allows you to easily release your baked goods without greasing – and cleaning is a breeze. The rectangular pan measures 34.5 × 24 × 6 cm and is heat-resistant up to 230 °C – so nothing stands in the way of your next casserole, roast, or large-format cake!.
