Product details

The roasting pan is largely resistant to corrosion and does not warp in the oven. A removable steel rack promotes even cooking, while any released cooking juices are collected for making a delicious gravy. Both the rack and the pan are coated with the advanced silicone-based non-stick coating Quantum II, without the use of BPA, PTFE, or PFOA. It is part of the award-winning bakeware collection from Master Class.
