With this harp, you can effortlessly create perfectly cut pralines. Simply place the cut-resistant ganache or rolled marzipan on the cutting block and press down the cutting frame, and you will have perfectly cut rows. Once you have turned these, you can repeat the process, resulting in perfectly sized squares of 22 mm x 22 mm.
