Mäser Professional Granitec

The "Professional" cookware range from the traditional Austrian brand Mäser has been a classic in Alpine catering kitchens for many years.and is of course also suitable for amateur chefs with special requirements (please note, however, which pans are suitable for the hob sizes in your kitchen). The extensive range made of stainless, acid-resistant and flavourful chrome-nickel steel is particularly robust with a body thickness of 0.7 mm and 4-fold riveted cold metal handles. The 5 mm thick encapsulated sandwich base is flush with a full-surface induction plate made of stainless steel and thus ensures rapid heating on any type of hob, optimum and even heat distribution and long-lasting heat storage. The frying pans with the abrasion-resistant, ceramic-reinforced ILAG Granitec coating are suitable for health-conscious frying without adding fat and are suitable for the oven up to 240 degrees. The non-stick coated pans are generally dishwasher-safe, but we recommend manual cleaning with soft materials and handling with non-metallic kitchen utensils (e.g. made of plastic or wood) to ensure a particularly long service life.
