This service is shipped in packaging made from sustainable materials that has been extensively tested for breakage resistance. Please note that due to the special glazing technique, all pieces have a unique color texture and may differ in color from each other as well as from the product depicted. Minimal unevenness and small "imperfections" in the glaze may occur due to the high level of craftsmanship involved.
