The baking dishes from the Kitchen Time series are made from high-quality ceramic, making them extremely easy to care for. Unlike glass dishes, the glaze on ceramic dishes remains beautifully intact over time, as no food residues get baked in. In contrast to coated metal dishes, glazed ceramic contains no harmful substances that can release gases at high temperatures. Additionally, glazed ceramic is completely scratch and cut resistant and conducts heat from your food significantly slower than aluminum.
