The pan can be used on all types of stovetops, including glass-ceramic stoves with a ceramic surface, as well as induction, gas, and electric stoves. It is important to use the appropriate size to prevent overheating on the outer edges of the pan. The included serving board made of elegant acacia wood is perfect for serving dishes directly in the hot pan after cooking. After use, the cooled pan can be easily rinsed with water and dish soap. Stubborn stains should be soaked beforehand. Then, dry it immediately to prevent rust formation. Over time, the surface will develop a typical patina that should not be removed. Only wooden and plastic utensils should be used while cooking to protect the enamel coating.
