Product details

Popular chef's knife with an oval grind on the blade to prevent food from sticking. The blade is made of thin, high-carbon MAC steel. The hardness of the blade is optimal at 57-61 HRC, making re-sharpening easy. The blade is tapered on both sides and is sharpened at a slightly asymmetrical MAC angle, which optimizes the knife's control while slicing.

Not suitable for dishwasher washing and should not be used for cutting hard materials such as ice or bone.
