Classic cakes, hearty breads, creative cake baking tins, accessories, and ingredients. Baking has never been out of style and is now more popular than ever before. Two particular trends can be identified: baking bread with yeast or sourdough and creatively baking decorative cakes with fondant. Lurch uses 100% platinum silicone in original FLEXIFORM quality, from classic shapes to cake pops.
Ingredients for 12 muffins:
- 1 can mandarins (drained weight 150g)
- 150g soft butter
- 2 eggs
- 130g sugar
- 1/2 bottle butter-vanilla flavor
- 125g low-fat curd
- 2 tbsp milk
- 200g flour
- 50g starch
- 1/2 packet baking powder
Instructions:
1. Let the fruit drain.
2. Cream butter, eggs, sugar, and flavor.
3. First stir in curd and milk, then add flour, starch, and baking powder.
4. Add mandarins (they may easily disintegrate).
5. Pour the dough into the tin and bake on the grid, mid-height, at approximately 170 degrees for 25 minutes (circulating air approximately 10 degrees less).
