Egg Separator

Some things can be so simple and much quicker. This also applies to separating egg yolks from egg whites, especially with the Lurch Egg Separator. This tool saves you the hassle of flipping back and forth and ensures that the yolk remains intact.

It works very easily: separating egg whites and yolks is a breeze with the egg separator. To use it, place the egg separator on a bowl that ideally has a diameter of about 9.5 to 14 cm. Then crack the egg on the stainless steel edge. Now simply place the egg in the egg separator. The top part is shaped so that the yolk stays whole while the egg white flows through the openings into the bowl.
