Description: Generous mouth-blown glass cake stand with a wide plate rim, thick stem, and broad glass base. A large dome with a fine handle fits perfectly on top. Ideal for large cakes, individual tarts, or a stack of scones. Hand-blown by experienced glassblowers to create a classic cake stand with a dome. The base of the cake stand is hand-shaped and attached to the stem while the glass is still malleable. The handle of the dome is pulled from molten glass and applied to the dome by hand. The edges of both glass pieces are melted under a flame to achieve a soft, rounded surface.

LSA International - modern design and traditional craftsmanship: LSA International's success story began 50 years ago when a small collection of traditional Polish enamelware caught attention in London. The collection impressed the retailer Habitat with its exceptionally colorful design. Janusz Lubkowski and his wife Ewa are the founders of the now-popular home accessories. In 1985, their daughter Monika Lubkowska-Jonas joined the company and further developed the design. With the clear goal of continuing LSA's distinctive style in the spirit of the Polish family, she experimented with new techniques and pushed the boundaries of artisanal production capabilities. In recent years, particularly mouth-blown glass has become a strong focus of the brand. To this day, works are created that are both practical in use and impressive in design.
