Grill press for steaks, poultry and bacon. Weighing almost 2 kg, it precisely presses the meat to the surface of the plate or grill pan and retains the heat, giving us perfect "stripes" on the dish. The press can also be used for frying in a pan, baking in the oven, on the fire and cooking on homemade grill plates. Perfect for square grill pans. The diameter of the round pan should be 30 cm or more. Remember to wear protective gloves when using the press to prepare hot food. Prepared by LeDuvel.
