The Le Creuset baking pans are ideally suited for achieving an even baking result thanks to the high and uniform heat retention of cast iron. This cast iron Tatin baking dish features a slightly curved interior base, a rounded edge, and an extra-smooth, cut-resistant interior enamel. The large handles allow for easy flipping of the cake. Additionally, the dish can be used not only for preparing the classic Tarte Tatin but also as a frying pan.
