Le Creuset Tatin form

Le Creuset baking pans are ideal for achieving an even baking result thanks to the high and uniform heat storage capacity of cast iron. This cast-iron Tatin baking mould has a slightly convex inner base, a rounded edge and an extra-smooth, cut-resistant inner enamel. The large handles allow the cake to fall easily. Apart from preparing the classic Tarte Tatin, the mould can also be used as a pan.
