Do not cook too hot: Cook with a steady, low to medium heat to protect your cast iron and achieve tasty results. Cooking at medium or low heat yields the best results – even when searing and browning. Allow the product to heat up slowly to achieve evenly cooked, flavorful dishes. If you need a high temperature, reduce the heat once the desired temperature is reached.

Cleaning:
Allow your casserole to cool before cleaning.

Remove all residues from the bottom and sides of the casserole. If food remains stick, fill it with warm soapy water and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes before washing as usual.

Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal, rough, or very hard cleaning pads or brushes on any of the surfaces.

Dry the casserole thoroughly after washing and store it in a dry place.
