Le Creuset Pressure cooker

The Le Creuset stew pot offers innumerable uses: Its large capacity (9.3 l) makes it ideal for preserving, but also for soups, mussel dishes, chutneys, ratatouille, chili con carne or for the punch at a party. Due to its conical shape, it fits easily on any stove (approx. 22 cm base diameter). The high-quality 3-ply multi-layer material is characterised by excellent heat conductivity and storage as well as even heat distribution. Time and energy saving, it is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. The term 3-ply comes from the English and stands for three layers:
1. inside: 18/10 stainless steel, the ideal food-safe surface
2. central: the continuous aluminium core ensures perfect heat conduction from the floor to the edge
Third outside: Magnetic 18/0 stainless steel allows optimal cooking on induction
