On the inside there is stainless steel (18/10), on the outside chrome steel (18/0) with magnetic effect - a guarantee for optimal cooking results on induction stoves. In between there is a layer of aluminium which enables rapid heat conduction. The heat is distributed directly and evenly from the base to the rim.
