Le Creuset 3-ply serving pan

The serving pan with matching lid is a real all-rounder: for cooking, braising and roasting on the hob, gratinating in the oven and stylish serving on the table. The coated version of the pan is ideal for preparing delicate foods: Pancakes, egg dishes or fish turn out perfectly without sticking.

The term 3-PLY comes from the English and stands for "3 layers", of which the cookware consists throughout. Stainless steel (18/10) on the inside and chrome steel (18/0) with a magnetic effect on the outside - guaranteeing optimum cooking results on induction hobs. In between is a layer of aluminium, which enables rapid heat conduction. The heat is distributed immediately and evenly from the base to the rim.
