Premium Series The V.200 Premium professional vacuum sealer with a sealing band length of 340 mm is characterized by its double sealing seam and the new LCS and LTP systems, which come as standard. The vacuum build-up is displayed on the V.200 Premium via an LED display. From the V.200 upwards, all Lava machines operate fully automatically. The maximum achievable vacuum pressure is -0.94 bar. The vacuum sealer is used in households, catering, small business sectors, and industry.

Functions include automatic sealing, vacuum sealing, and sealing processes with the V.200 Premium, precisely monitored by Lava sensor control. Thanks to LCS, the device flap no longer needs to be held. It can be switched to manual or container mode at any time. The sealing time is individually adjustable, allowing for the sealing of household, commercial, and industrial films up to 200 microns (industrial thickness) with a width of up to 340 mm.

The device allows for professional vacuuming and sealing of food, industrial parts, and other items with film bags or endless rolls. It can produce film bags of individual lengths (endless rolls are available in four widths in the Lava accessories area). The vacuuming and sealing of pressure-sensitive foods is possible without pressure regulation via a stop function, as is sometimes the case with cheaper devices.

It can vacuum all vacuum containers, jars, preserving jars, and twist-off jars using a suction device and container. The sealing of all types of film bags up to 200 microns without vacuuming is also supported. Additionally, it can vacuum and seal liquids (only possible when pre-frozen) and vacuum inexpensive smooth, standard sealing edge vacuum films from 120 microns thickness, providing cost savings.
