Product details

Mold for cold bread or bishop's bread with a non-stick surface that browns, even with minimal fat usage. The baked bread can be easily released from the mold. Easy to clean. Do not expose the mold to high temperatures.

Made from very durable carbon steel, suitable for food contact. Temperature resistance: -60 °C to 230 °C without changing properties. Suitable for use in the oven or convection oven as well as in the refrigerator or freezer.
