With the sausage board and the black Laguiole steak knife, not only cheese but also sausage receives the necessary attention. The smooth blade of the knife is made of stainless steel and features a handle made of black plastic. The blade is 1.2 mm thick and can be placed in the dishwasher after use. We recommend washing the sausage board by hand.
