The Super Lacor Monoblock cookware series will satisfy even the most demanding users. Parts of the Super Monoblock series are made from 18/10 stainless steel (18% chromium and 10% nickel alloy, which offers higher quality and greater strength than conventional steel). It guarantees excellent resistance to corrosion as well as to salts and acids in food. The steel is smooth, non-porous, and very hygienic; it preserves the natural flavor of the cooked dishes.
