Product details

The handle and blade are integrated without soldering, making it sturdy and durable to eliminate broken handles. Hand-forged, it has a longer lifespan. The triple-riveted, ergonomic solid wood handle ensures comfort and control. The blade length measures 16.2 cm. The bare knife weighs 0.85 kg. Please ensure that acidic or alkaline substances do not remain on the blade for long. Such knives should be wiped dry after cleaning. A little cooking oil can be applied if it is not used for an extended period. It should be stored in a dry place.
