Note
SOUL is a series of stoneware with reactive glaze. This process involves applying various glazes and metal oxides: After an initial firing at low temperature, the ceramists apply metal oxides to the still porous material depending on the desired final result. Then, another glaze of a different color is applied, which enhances the color of the metal oxides. The final color and texture of the effect glaze depend on the firing temperature and duration, as well as the thickness of the individual glazes and their application method.
