• The Boldi series is made from stoneware with reactive glaze. The completely handcrafted glaze makes each piece unique, enhancing any table.
• In this process, various glazes and metal oxides are applied: After an initial firing at low temperature, the ceramicists apply metal oxides to the still porous material according to the desired end result. Then, another glaze of a different color is applied, which highlights the color of the metal oxides. The final color and texture of the effect glaze depend on the firing temperature and duration, as well as the thickness of the individual glazes and their application method.
