The high-quality ceramic blades stay sharp significantly longer than conventional metal-based blades, eliminating the need for tedious sharpening.

Since ceramic knives do not transfer metal ions, ceramic blades are completely germ-free, helping to keep food fresh for a longer time.

Ceramic blades are made from an ultra-lightweight high-tech material that is extremely hard and corrosion-free. The blade is crafted from flexible, shatterproof high-performance ceramic (Z206).

The ergonomic design ensures comfortable and fatigue-free use.

Available blade lengths: 14 cm, 11 cm, and 7.5 cm.
