With the diamond-coated grinding wheel of the Kyocera Diamond Sharpener, even the extremely hard ceramic blades of Kyocera knives can be easily sharpened by hand, restoring their usual sharpness. At the push of a button, the Kyocera Diamond Sharpener starts, and the grinding wheel rotates. After a few strokes through the designated slot, the blade is sharp again. The grinding angle is preset, ensuring optimal results. Thanks to its ergonomic design, the application is easy to handle. If needed, the grinding wheel can be replaced.
