Instructions for use
Clean the pan thoroughly before using it for the first time. The diameter of the hob and the base size of the pan should match. Never heat the pan without food for longer than 1 minute on a gas/induction hob and 3 minutes on an electric hob - risk of overheating - discolours the material. Only use fats and oils that can be heated to a high temperature to prevent burning and sticking. Never use sharp objects such as knives, steel wool or copper cloths to clean the wok pan (scratch marks) Clean with a light sponge or cloth Abrasive cleaning agents can damage the enamelled surface. The guarantee is only valid if the appliance is used correctly. Not in the event of overheating, damaged base surface or burnt-in residues.
