Knives: Cleaning by hand minimises the dulling of the blades and ensures years of use. Simply clean with lukewarm water, a mild detergent and a non-scratch sponge/dishcloth. Knife block: Not dishwasher safe. Wipe with a damp cloth and dry upright.
