The caquelon is dishwasher-safe, but cleaning by hand is recommended After use, leave the caquelon filled with cold water for just a short time to make it easier to remove cheese residue (do not leave it in a bain-marie) The caquelon can then be easily cleaned with a cleaning brush and washing-up liquid.
