Thanks to the two differently textured sides, you can prepare your meat according to your individual requirements. With the finely textured side, the meat is gently pounded flat. With the coarse-textured side, each piece of meat is tenderised and roughened. Simply place the piece of meat between two cling film sheets and pound evenly from the inside out.
