This practical roasting pan made of high-quality borosilicate glass is ideally suited for meat and vegetable dishes in the oven. Warning: Since the glass baking dish can become very hot in the oven, please always use protective gloves and exercise caution when opening the lid (hot steam may escape). Additionally, the material may discolor if overheated (above 240°C), and the non-stick properties may be compromised. Scratching and cutting on the surface should also be avoided. Therefore, do not use metallic kitchen utensils.
