High-quality, three-layer non-stick coating and lightweight aluminium make this wok ideal for everyday use. The Easy Induction Marble Wok has a rough surface on the inside of the pan. This ensures that the frying fat or oil is evenly distributed on the base and can therefore be used for low-fat frying. This is a modern, healthy way of cooking. The wok has a full-surface induction rim to achieve the best possible efficiency on an induction hob.
