Product details
Discover our Culinary Forged knife series - precision forged for you personally. The high-quality blades impress ambitious amateur chefs with their sharpness and durability. The unique handle design makes for a stylish eye-catcher. Elegant acacia wood accessories round off the range and ensure efficient cutting and careful storage.
The Culinary Forged sharpening steel made of steel with a hard chrome coating is a must in every kitchen. Knives gradually lose their sharpness. The sharpening steel straightens the cutting edge and corrects small imperfections. This extends the life of your knives many times over.
Application:
1. hold the sharpening steel in your hand and place the tip on a non-slip surface.
2. guide the knife onto the sharpening steel at an angle of no more than 15 degrees.
3. pull the blade along the entire length of the sharpening steel, starting at the bottom of the blade and working your way down the steel in one stroke.
4 Repeat the process on the other side of the sharpening steel, alternating sides 6 to 8 times.
