The Colori Titanium knives are versatile tools for dicing, chopping, and mincing. The stylish, non-slip handle fits comfortably in the hand, even during extended use. The various coatings also give the blade a classically elegant appearance.

Sharpness: During the manufacturing process, the blade is heated to over 1000°C in a tempering process and then ice-hardened at minus 80°C, ensuring exceptional hardness and resistance to corrosion. The blade features a double-edged grind. The matching blade guard ensures safe storage and keeps the blade sharp.

Ergonomics: Numerous prototypes with only the slightest variations in size and shape were necessary to create the perfect handle. The ergonomic yet simple design of the handle fits well and securely in the hand.
