In the various sized rings, the delicate mousse au chocolat makes a grand appearance – just like the hearty terrine. Classic side dishes like rice or mashed potatoes are presented in a whole new way. The rings are filled with a tablespoon and carefully lifted just before serving. Nothing sticks to the stainless steel, which is dishwasher safe – for those who prefer even more security, there are garnish rings with a release mechanism.
