Simply rinse with cold water, pour in the hot, cooked pudding and leave to cool in the fridge for four hours with the ventilated lid closed. Then turn out the pudding, remove the lid and enjoy the sweet result. The pudding has a nice shape and no annoying skin. If there are any leftovers, they can easily be stored in the fridge in the sealable containers. The moulds are also suitable for preparing jelly, panna cotta or semolina flummery. If you like savoury dishes, use them to prepare brawn for dinner.
