The pan can also be used for cooking other dishes such as beef roast, crispy ribs, or Christmas goose. The side handles can be easily folded down when not in use. The turned-up edge allows for easy draining of liquids. The pan measures 35 x 26 cm, making it suitable for small ovens as well. With a height of 6 cm, it can effectively catch the cooking juices.
